We want you to feel good about your reading. This policy explains how billing and refunds work at Aether.

One-time purchase

Every reading is a single, one-time charge. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Your charge appears on your statement as AETHER.

Satisfaction refund

If you are not satisfied with your reading, email us within 14 days of purchase at askaether@outlook.com with your order email, and we will issue a full refund. No lengthy process.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
